Along with the Jumbo Lump we offer Premium Lump ( blend of 20% Jumbo and 80% lump), Lump, Claw, Special and Cocktail Claws in 12 oz cans only.

Currently available pastuerized in 2lb. vac bags and 1 lb. cans.  Restaurants and repackers love the 2 lb. bag.

We are convinced that our product is the finest blue crabmeat available today.    All of our crabmeat products are pure; there are no fillers, no preservatives, and we never mix our superior crab meat with inferior products.  We only use the blue swimming crab ( Callinectes Bellicosus ) from the crystal clear waters of the Sea of Cortez also known as the Gulf of California.  This body of water is rated as one of the most pure left in the world today.  The C. bellicosus is very closely related to the Atlantic Blue Crab ( Callinectes Sapidus ) and its meat is the closest in color, texture and flavor to Atlantic blue crab meat which is still regarded as the very best crab meat.   

We enjoy a very close, friendly, business relationship with the largest producer of hand picked blue crab meat from the Sea of Cortez and we are his only distributor.  He and his brothers continue the tradition started by their father over 20 years ago of producing the very finest quality crab meat form the area.  The plant is inspected by the USDC, the FDA and the Mexican Food and Drug authorities.  It operates under a strong HAACP plan.
