The Company and its management team has been involving the productions of dried seaweeds and the down stream products in Cambodia for the last 10 years. Global Seaweed intends to invest USD10 million to develop the seaweed and related industry in Cambodia over a 3 years period.  These funds will be used for seaweed nursery development, seaweed cultivation  development, purchasing of  seaweed cultivation machinery and equipment, setting up of drying and production plants, and to provide working capital for the Companys initial operations in line with its business development strategy.
