Brown seaweed

One of most famous sea alga brown seaweeds main ingredients is carbohydrate but it also holds plentiful of protein and ash.

Brown seaweed devils tongue cold dish
Main ingredient: dried brown seaweed 10g, devils tongue 1, thin green onion seasoning: hot pepper paste 1 small spoon, 2 large spoon of vinegar, sugar, crushed garlic 1 large spoon.
Soak dried seaweed in the water and wash firmly till it forms foam.
Parboil in boiling water.
Rinse in cold water and remove remain water.
Slice devils tongue thin and parboil in boiling water.
If you purchased strand devils tongue, you can just parboil and use as is.
Prepare seasoning.
Mix seaweed, devils tongue and seasoning and spread sliced thin green onion on top.
