Vacuum Packed Cooked Abalone

Our Black Lip Cooked Abalone carrying the Big Dragon brand is sourced from the unpolluted waters surrounding Tasmania. Each fish is individually inspected for its quality and careful procedures are followed to ensure only the healthiest fish are used for both local and export distribution. The abalone is packed in vacuum sealed pouches in a variety of weights and pieces ranging from 1-7 per pouch depending on our customers preferences. The abalone has been cooked their pouch through  controlled heat sterilization process to retain all its flavour and juices and is ready to eat by simply re-cooking for stir fry etc. The abalone is available in natural juices or in oyster sauce.
