Passion Persia - Premium (farmed Sevruga)

Exclusive to London Fine FoodsPassion Persia Premium is a unique farmed caviar where the sturgeon are reared in the southernmost part of the Caspian Sea as opposed to the farming pools found in Northern Italy and the South West of France. This is the closest farmed caviar to our wild Sevruga caviar. Similar to Prunier of Caviar House, we grade this caviar based on its qualities and tastes and we feel that this particular farmed caviar is closest to that of a wild Caspian Servuga caviar. It brings a somewhat more developed, inspired taste to that of its sister caviars, our passion Persia Royal Selection and our Passion Persia Imperial, leaving any caviar connoisseur wanting more.
