It's a healthy, great tasting white fish that consumers can trust. Tilapia has made its way into both retail and food service venues with amazing results. Consumers are realizing that Tilapia is a fish that has all the right stuff. It is low in fat and packs a full compliment  . Like orange roughy, sole, sea bass, and other white fish, Tilapia's mild flavour is enhanced by a variety of herbs and sauces. Preparation choices are limited only by your imagination. Whether poached, broiled, baked, grilled, steamed, stir-fried or blackened will easily adapt to your favorite seafood recipes. Our Tilapia are raised in a mixture of pure mountain rain water in the river and fresh tidal water that is naturally exchanged with each tidal cycle. This mixture of fresh and salt water assures our Tilapia live free of algae and parasite and have the same mildly sweet flavour and firm texture year round. Fish, like humans, are what they eat, so we give special attention to what we feed our Tilapia. We carefully manufacture our own fish meal to ensure correct nutritional balance. We blend fish meal with a combination of corn, soybeans, tapioca and rice, plus other fish meat for a perfectly balance feed. Our Tilapia are free of chemicals and antibiotics. Our Tilapia are a hybrid of species of various colors resulting in its red color. Our Tilapia's white meat and firm texture makes it a perfect menu alternative for any white fish ranging from Sashimi to grilled. The beautiful orange-red skin color creates an appetizing contrast when used as a skin-on fillet for grilling.
