Defrost the abalone and scrape out the meat from the shell with a butter knife. Cut the internal organs and clean the black pigment around the foot with fingers or tooth brush. Last, slice the cleaned abalone into 2mm fillets.
PREPARATION
Abalone meat is appreciated for its tenderness and tastiness.
