Ten Fish Live Lobsters are stored in Geraldton and Fremantle in a Live Lobster Special Facility. Using some amazing systems to hold the catch in a state that would resemble the natural environment that it comes from and with that insuring that the highest quality flavor will be retained successfully.

Ten Fish Cold Water Lobster Tails are taken from our premium Western Rock Lobsters and then blast frozen in snap freezers in a technique that we have perfected to maximize the retention of rich flavor and lasting quality.
FROZEN LOBSTER TAILS
Frozen Whole Raw Ten Fish Western Rock Lobsters are placed in an ice slurry and then blast frozen in High Tech snap freezers. This ensures that our Sashimi grade lobster will
retain the fabulous taste that our product is known for.

Frozen Whole Boiled Ten Fish Western Rock Lobsters are boiled in temperature controlled cookers and then blast frozen in a technique that we have perfected to maximize the retention of rich flavor and lasting quality.
