We would like to introduce our selves as company enegaged in exporting of frozen tuna. Since 2006 Eco Fisheries International Pvt.Ltd has been operating 4 collector vessels of varrying capacity in zone 01, the northern 4 atoll of Maldives. When the government extended fishing rights to the company to zone 2. EFI along with 2 other companies has the exclusive rights to purchase and export tuna, over 8 atolls or all the atolls north of Male'. The company has targetted to brine freeze the fosh at the shortest possible time after catch to ensure top quality of fish. Export up to now have ensures that the company has maintained very good quality and standard of fish to the packers. To meet the growing demand the company is investing in more vessels reaching the cpacity to purchase around 600M tons per day. Hence the total offshore storage capacity would be more than 3000M tons.
