STORING YOUR OYSTERS
Always shuck your oysters right before serving, so they are as cold, crisp and fresh as possible. If you are going to store your oysters before using them, place them in the refrigerator in an open (uncovered) container, and cover with a clean wet towel. You should serve your oysters within 3 days of delivery.

Please Note: Our oysters are picked-to-order for maximum freshness and are shipped unshucked; as such we ship on Wednesday only, for Thursday delivery. All orders must be placed by 10:00 AM PST Monday.
