Sell Fish Fillet

All our fish Fillet are processed from live fish. Initially fish are carefully selected for its highest quality. Live fish is taken out from the transit pond at our processing plant straight to the processing table. Filleting is carried out by our highly trained and skillfull employees. Only main fish meat is cut for fillet and thus giving the highest fillet quality. Main ingredient for our Breaded Fillet and Cutlet are Batter mix, Bread Crump, salt, water and approved Flavour Enhancer. Fillet sizes are 85 / 140 gm, 140 / 200 gm, 200 / 250 gm, 250 / 300 gm. -IQF and Vacuum packed. All our fish fillet are from white meat fish. Main species procesed for fillet are Tilapia and Seabass (Barramundi)
