Bithell Farms also produces freezer jam .  These jams are made from an old family recipe. We do not believe in removing the seeds as the most important vitamins, nutrients, and enzymes are found in the seeds. We do not believe in cooking these jams. The cooking process first destroys nature's flavors, and finally, as the jam is cooked down at 190 F many of the other nutrients are lost. Because our jams are never cooked, to preserve them, we must freeze them. Frozen they will keep over two years; refrigerated they will keep for over six months. Our bet is that once you taste the natural flavor of freezer jams, their stay in your refrigerator will be much less than that.If you have never tasted freezer jam, you are in for a treat.
