Jam

 Chaffin Orchards Jam is a labor of love. Small batch made by our ranch families in a certified kitchen, this is jam like it is supposed to be made. Just 8 jars of jam are made at a time so quality can be easily controlled. We use perfectly ripe, freshly picked, Chaffin fruits chopped so as to yield plenty of large pieces of fruit in the finished product. Each jar contains natural pectin and less than two tablespoons of sugar. Fruit juices are sometimes used for occasional added sweetness in some fruits. Current flavors are Cherry, Apricot, Peach, and Nectarine. Shipping available
