Turron is a very old and traditional Spanish confection similar to nougat, typically made of honey, sugar and egg-white, flavored with whole flaked Marcona almonds and shaped into a rectangular bar.

Our branded confectioneries are protected by a Controlled Denomination of Origin Jijona-Alicante, and have the "Suprema" quality label which guarantee a high pourcentage of almonds.
