BOROJO PROPIERTIES

The chontadurois one of the largest tropical foods nutritional values. Its content of 2.5 to 4.8% of high-qualityprotein the number and amount of essential amino acids that have, for theirfine fat, consisting of unsaturated oils and the high content of  betacarotene, phosphorus, vitamin A, calcium and iron, do one of the most completenatural foods. It also contains vitamins B and C. There are varieties of higheroil content, which can be extracted. Culturally it is considered a powerfulaphrodisiac although there are no scientific studies that verify.
