DESTINATION & TERMS:
Terms: CIF ASWP.
Shipment shall be in 30-45 Days after Receipt of Payment to the Seller's Bank.
PAYMENT: by Irrevocable, Transferable 100% at Sight LC from Top Prime Banks..
INSPECTION:
S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Seller's Cost will inspect the Commodity
at Place of Loading.
PROCEDURES:
Buyer submits LOI & BCL not older than 5 banking days.
Seller issues Contract for Buyer's signature and Buyer returns signed Contract to Seller by
Facsimile.
Buyer Bank Issues Letter of Credit to the Seller in 5 Working Days After Signing the Contract.
Shipment commences as per contract.
