Step3. Cleaning
Dehydrate salting cabbages after cleaning by flowing water over 3 times in sanitary process.
Step4. Seasoning
Mix cabbages with flavoring and sauce which is made of materials selected carefully.
Step5. Packaging
Pack kimchi fermented in low temperature for various uses by automated system.
