Manufacturing Process

Step1. Selecting
Select the core part of cabbages, cutting the outer leaves of cabbages which are picked through strict quality control system.
Step2. Salting
Make quality salting cabbages, soaking cabbages in salt water which concentration is adjusted to the four seasons.
Step3. Cleaning
Dehydrate salting cabbages after cleaning by flowing water over 3 times in sanitary process.
Step4. Seasoning
Mix cabbages with flavoring and sauce which is made of materials selected carefully.
Step5. Packaging
Pack kimchi fermented in low temperature for various uses by automated system.
