Processed through acetous fermentation, CucineroVinegar is the only local distilled fruit vinegar. It comes in two forms, Whiteand Gold. Both are extracted from tropical fruits such as kamias, soursoup (guyabano), sugarcane, and banana (saba), but our White Vinegar contains more guyabano extracts while Gold Vinegar have more kamias extracts. The Cucinero Sauce (patis) is the locally produced fish sauce that is pasteurized and filtered 7 TIMES, thus freeing it fromsolids that can harm your health. Made from tamban or the local herring, Cucinero Fish Sauce is rich in iodine, but low in sodium with NO pungent odor and preservatives!
