5. Sellers Bank issues 2% performance bond (PB) and Proof of Product (POP) via SWIFT to buyers' bank.

4. Buyers' bank opens non-operative Stand By Letter of Credit/Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit or BG (T/T optional) to Sellers bank. NOTE; BANK must be of the TOP 50 world bank

3. Seller will send Full Corporate Offer and Draft Contract to the Buyer. The Buyer signs, seals and returns FCO/DC + BCL to Seller Upon receipt seller signs and seals contract and returns it to the buyer.

2. Buyer will send valid LOI letter of intention with full banking co-ordinates accompanied by a Bank issued BCL Bank comfort letter or RWA Ready willing and able document to perform a soft probe.

1. Seller provides Buyer with CIS form.  CIS form is completed by Buyer and returned to Seller.
