5) SELLER WILL ONLY WORK ON END BUYER?S FRESH LOIs (LESS THAN 5 INTERNATIONAL BANKING DAYS OLD) AND WITH BANKING COORDINATES + SOFT PROBE AUTHORIZATION.

de Surveillance (SGS) at SELLERS cost shall
inspect the commodity at the place of loading.
SGS shall issue an inspection certificate of quality
and quantity for the shipment to certify that the
goods are in good order and condition and
conforms to the specifications herein stated.
TRANSACTION PROCEDURES TO START DEAL
1. Buyer sends LOI with Soft Probe authorization with full bank coordinates
2. Seller sends FCO signed and sealed.
3. Buyer sends FCO signed and sealed.
4. Seller sends draft contract and confirms procedure.
5.Buyer sends signed contract by fax and e-mail and the seller send original contract any facsimile or electronic copies, shall be considered as the original
6. Buyers Bank post the non-operative payment instrument of the value of the contract, blocked and sends to the Seller's Bank.
7. Seller's Bank send PB to activate the non operative LC + POP to the Buyer's Bank.
8. Shipment as mentioned in the contract starts not later than 30/45 days.
