Packed in PP bag of 30kg and bring to the factory within a day3. Cleaning and selecting the qualify exporting standard fesh chilli4. Take out and keep the clean fresh chilli in dry place [let the fresh chilli no wet]5. Put the chilli in the Pool (45 MT/Poll) mix with salt. xx Layer of fresh chilli cover by xx layer of salt (no iodine). the ratio of fresh chilli and salt is xx% 6. Wedging when the Pool is full with fresh chilli mix with salt by stone with the ratio xxkg of fresh chilli with xxkg of stone. DO NOT USE EXTRA WATER IN THE POOL.7. After wedging xx days inside the Pool the salted chilli can be take out for processing to export. WATER IN THE POOL AFTER xx DAYS COME OUT FROM FRESH CHILLI. xx KG OF FRESH CHILLI CAN GET ONLY xx KG OF SALTED CHILLI
