Select firm Sour green mangoes, wash and wipe dry, cut in to pieces. Add the vigetable oil/ Mustered oil. Add BSF Mango pickle mix and mix thoroughly you may add about 25g of clean Garlic if
desired.
Keep the mixture for Two days and transfer the same in to airtight container.
