Payment : Cash- (Block cash account at buyers Bank in our company's name)


Procedures:

Buyer send LOI
Draft contract issue to buyer for amendment.
Contract signed between Buyer and us.
Cashaccount of the total face value open at buyers bank blocked in ourname. Cash will be under our control but will not move from account.
Theblocked funds will serve a a collateral guarantee to us.Funds will bereleased to us after 12 month supply duration. Buyer reserve the right toterminate contract if we are not able to deliver sugar within 45 daysof confirmed payment deposit.
First shipment commence after confirmed cash payment deposit.

Agents commission : $5/MT
Origin: Brazil
Inspection : SGS
Price : $ USD 200/MT.

If your buyers agree on the above terms, then we have a deal.
