FREIGHT SHIPMENTS 12, 500MT, 25, 000MT or 50, 000MT
PAYMENT TERMS (NON NEGOTIABLES) Stand By Letter of credit (SBLC) tocover the amount of two months, or BG (Bank Guarantee) and Payment byMT103/23 against shipping documents within 3 (three) days.
PACKING In bulk in big bags or packed in net 50KG (Fifty Kilogram) new polypropylene bags with polyethylene lining.
INSPECTION SGS or Bureau De VERITAS in loading port as sellers cost.
PERFORMANCE BOND Two Percent (2%) Performance Bond issued by the Sellerto the value of the financial instruments provided by the Buyer, infavour of the Buyer.
INSURANCE 110% paid for by the seller.
PRODUCT DELIVERY The Vessel loading will commence and can be liftedwithin 30 to 45 days after receipt of buyers operative financial payment instruments.

PROOF OF PRODUCT Shall be provided by the seller by SWIFT MT 999 aftersigned final contract and confirmed proof of funds from buyer and willalso be used with the Performance Bond of 2% in order to activate thefinancial instruments.
PLANT VISIT After the final contract is signed and the financial payment instruments are operative to the seller, the seller will arrange for the buyer, if so desired a visit to the refinery mill in Brazil, at the buyers expense.
PAST PERFORMANCE No past performance documentation (Bill of Lading, SGSetc) will be provided, either un-sanitized or sanitized as thesedocuments relate to our buying clients and any such documentationproduced to prospective buyers is deemed unethical and unprofessional.
BUYER ISSUES PROOF OF FUNDS BY SWIFT MT999 AND SELLER RESPONDS WITHPROOF OF PRODUCT BY SWIFT MT999 ALL CONDUCTED VIA BANK TO BANK.
