f)          Buyer opens non-operative MT103/23

d)         The Seller sends .Draft Contract shall be signed by both parties and sent via fax or electronic message, which will be deemed as original and valid.

c)         Buyer accepts and agrees with the terms and conditions of the FCO by counter signature & companys stamp and sends it to the Seller.

PROCEDURES AND PAYMENT TERMS FOR SPOTS

h)         Buyer must inform in this contract all the ports of destination that can be used to create a formal schedule for delivery.

g)         Delivery and shipment commence as per Contract and approved schedule.

f)          The Seller opens the Performance Bond (PB) of 2%, and POP which will activate the Buyers SBLC or LC

By letter of credit or non-operative Stand By Letter of Credit to be approved by Seller's Bank.

e)         Within 3 (three) days after the signature of the draft contract in electronic version, the Buyer will present the operative Stand

Inspection:                  SGS as required for quality and weight for the Sellers account at port of loading. SGS for Ships hold to certify non-GMO presence.

Payment Mode:         Stand By Letter of credit (SBLC) to cover the amount of one or two months, Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed, Divisible, Assignable issued or confirmed by 25 Top World Bank and payment SWIFT MT 103/23 against shipping documents within 5 (five) days.

Delivery:                    CIF ASWP

Packing:                      50 Kilo Bags PP bags with polyethylene inner. 2% of empty bags supplied free of charge.

Documents needed:   NCND/IMFPA & ICPO with authorization for soft probe.

Duration of contract:

Specification: Base on standard specification origin.
