Seller is the end seller with 3 sugar mill in Thailand , at this moment , our
new harvest for sugar will be ready by end Nov 2009, so the new crop for
2010 is ready by early of Nov 2009
icumsa 45 , qty Min. 12,500 tons , spot deal , price USD 495 per ton -TERM
CIF , packing : 50 kg per bag, sugar origin : Thailand , port of loading :
Bangkok, shipment in bag bulk , no PB 2% will be issue, for the first two
shipment, but you are allow to fly over to Bangkok to visit our sugar mill ,
warehouse, see our deep sea for loading of goods, suggest hotel to stay is
PLAZA HOTEL , so we can fetch you from there, procedure - Buyer issue ICPO
+ BCL , NCNDA , Seller issue Proformance Invoice + Draft LC Format , buyer
must follow strickly to our DLC Format , once recieve the DLC from buyer,
buyer can fly over to bangkok to visit sugar mill , see our past performance
report , past SGS report, at the same time our HQ in Taiwan will go check on
the DLC for any amendment, if DLC ok, and buyer are happy with the sugar
quality, then you can issue the Operative LC to us, once LC approval by our
top bank, shipmet start , from production + label shipping mark + loading it
take 30 days , payment term , must be 100% LC at sight.
