Aseptic Tomato Paste

Process includes: Hot Break, Warm Break & Cold Break ranging from 30 Brix down to 19 Brix concentration.

Uses:

The product is aseptically packaged and commercially sterile, remaining so until the bag is opened.

Processing takes place from January to April.

Tomato paste concentrate is manufactured from mature tomatoes of well-developed varieties, grown in both the Goulburn/Riverina districts of Australia and the Gisborne district in the North Island of New Zealand.
