  4) Seller issues Draft Contract
  5) Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract and return to the Buyer
  6) Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their respective Banks.

  3) Buyer sign, seal and return the FCO

  1) Buyer issues a LOI + RWA + NCND
  2) Seller issues FCO

1.000 MT or 1.000 MT x 12 months - or more $575/MT - CIF ASWP for Payment in SBLC TRANSFERABLE

The Buyer will have to supply the packing with its mark proper.

For minimum of 1.000 MT per month for one minimum contract of (1) ONE  YEAR maximum of 80.000 MT per month.

9. DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT COMMENCE, AS PER SCHEDULE MUTUALLY AGREED

8. WITHIN 5- (FIVE ) WORKING DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF BUYER'S ARDL/C, THE SELLER WILL POST THE OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND AND FULL PROOF OF PRODUCT WHICH WILL ACTIVATE THE ARDLC.

7. WITHIN 5- (FIVE ) DAYS OF RECEIVING THE POP CONFIRMATION, BUYER'S BANK WILL ISSUE THE NON-OPERATIVE ARDLC IN FAVOUR OF THE SELLER, THROUGH THEIR NOMINATED BANK.

6. SELLERS BANK SENDS VIA SWIFT, TO BUYERS BANK, HIS READINESS TO POST THE PB AND CONFIRMS THE PROOF OF PRODUCT DOCUMENTS (PARTIAL POP) AND CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTABLE ORIGIN OF SUPPLY.

5. WITHIN 3- DAYS, AFTER EXECUTING THE SALES AND PURCHASE CONTRACT, THE BUYER'S BANK, VIA SWIFT MT799, STATES THEIR READINESS TO ISSUE THEIR ARDLC, AS PER CONTRACT TO SELLER'S NOMINATED BANK.

4. BUYER SIGNS AND SENDS BACK THE CONTRACT DRAFT TO THE SELLER WITHIN 48 HOURS. FAX AND EMAIL ALONG WITH THE ATTACHED CLIENT INFORMATION SHEET. COPIES DEEMED AS ORIGINALS.
