PROOF OF PRODUCT: Within five (5) banking days of the receipt of the buyers non-operative financial instrument, the sellers bank will SWIFT the proof of product in response. Theform of the proof of product will include the following documents, if applicable:

-license to export issued by the Brazilian government;
-approval to export issued by the Brazilian government;
-statement of availability of the product;
-warehouse receipt and/or;
-refinery commitment to produce the product;
-Charter party agreement(s) to transport the product to discharge ports.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE Shipments to begin 10-35 days after receipt and confirmation of operative financial instruments.

Discharge Rate: 1500mt
Payment Instrument(s): Irrevocable, Transferable Letter of Credit (LC) to be issued by the Buyers bank (Top 25
or confirmed by Top 25 World Bank) in favor of the Seller and payable 100% of cargo value at sight by the buyers
bank to the Sellers bank against presentation of all standard shipping documents as per Contract. Also
acceptable; MT 799 or MT103.
Packaging: The sugar shall be packed in 50 Kg. Net wgt. / 50.172 Kg. Gross wt. Poly-lined new Jute Bags or
acceptable equivalent. Each bag shall be secured to assure the safety of the commodity during ocean transport.
Labeling: Bags shall be branched in indelible ink or paint in the English language bearing marks. White refined
cane sugar, Net Wt: 50.0 Kg; Current Crop.
Inspection: SGS.
Performance Bond: 2% (two percent) of total shipment value with L/C. No PB with MT799/MT103.
Insurance: 110% of the CIF Value of each shipment on the Sellers account

This SCO expires 7 days from date of issuance.
