Quantity: 125,000 metric tons delivered in quantities of 25,000 mt X 6 shipments
Price: CIF Any Safe World Port (ASWP) is $470/mt
Payment terms: Sight L/C or Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (RDLC)
Commission: Brokers are protected by signed FPA for USD $1/mt (One pay-master for brokers)
Important: Buyers payment must be negotiable, confirmed and payable at the counters of the corresponding and confirming USA bank - no exceptions.
Validity date through Sept 23, 2009
