Packing: Packed in Bags of 50 Kilogram net.
Delivery: First shipment, 12/29 days after sign the contract and conclusion of deal.
 The delivery will be CIF ASWP.

Payment: A BG (Banking Guarantee)or Letter of Credit,
 Unconditional, Transferable, Divisible, Irrevocable, Divisible and Cash Backed,
from a TOP25 Prime Bank issued and acceptable by seller, covering 12 months of
shipment and renewable for equals periods until at the end of contract.
A SBLC or a BG for the term of 1-3 months is also required to guarantee the best pricing.

Minimum contract: 150 000 MT/total a year.

To start the deal: LOI with soft Probe Authorization/ICPO with BCL.
