Payment Terms : the payment must be done40% by wire-transfer against invoice  and the 60% against fax of shipmentdocuments.

Loading Port : Santos port - sao paulo ,Brazil.

Booking : In case that it has alterationin the fond date of the ship and/or cancellation of the nominated ship,resulting in excess of the free-time of the Santos Port, the respective costswill run for account of the buyer.
