US$ 475/- (United States Dollars Four Hundred seventy five only) per Metric Tonne. The aforestated price is CIF-ASWP

PAYMENT INSTRUMENT:
By Irrevocable, Confirmed, (at Buyer's cost),Transferable, Divisible, Documentary, Letter of Credit, (LC) to the Seller's Bank for CIF value.
This LC shall be operative 100% per each shipment values, at loading port dock at Sugar's Origin. The date of Bill of Lading shall be considered the date of shipment.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Delivery will start within 25 (twenty five) to 30 (thirty) days upon receipt of the LC to the Seller's Bank. The date of Bill of Lading shall be considered the date of shipment.
