4. Within 3 (three) banking days of receipt of the Buyers RWA (READY WILLING & ABLE) or the BCL (BANK COMFORT LETTER), the Sellers Bank issues the POP (Proof of Product) via SWIFT MT799 to the Buyers Bank.

When the true Seller, represented by the LINNET TRADING LIMITADA and our company receives your I.C.P.O. with the BANK COMFORT LETTER or the READY WILLING & ABLE declaration, the true Seller will make up himself the Draft of Contract in your favor and through us will  present this document to you, for your signature and company seal. All copies sent via E-mail are deemed as legally binding;

2. Your company issues what is called an IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE PURCHASE ORDER I.C.P.O. in favor of LINNET TRADING LIMITADA and kindly note that it is absolutely imperative that the I.C.P.O.  is accompanied by the international banks so-called BANK COMFORT LETTER- BCL  or READY, WILLING & ABLE R.W.& A. declaration of your financial ability to undertake the obligations of the transaction in progress. If the Buyers bank does not provide the BANK COMFORT LETTER or the READY WILLING & ABLE declaration, the Buyer must order his bank to send a SWIFT MT 799 by messaging instrument directly to the Sellers Bank, indicating without any doubt the Buyers readiness to open the agreed Instrument of Payment. A NCND (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure & Working Agreement) must be signed also by the Buyer, his mandate and all agents involved.
