This RDLC, shall be operative 100% per each shipment value at loading port dock at Sugars Origin, after the product is on board at seller's cost, payable against loading documentation (Bill of Loading stating freight pre-paid, Insurance 110 %, SGS Certificates), Payment value per each shipment will be paid.  

By Irrevocable, Confirmed (at Buyer cost), Transferable, Operative, Divisible, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (RDLC) to the Sellers bank, equivalent to each shipment value per month. 

PAYMENT INSTRUMENT:

The product is packed in 50 Kg new polypropylene bags with polyethylene lining. Bags can be labelled in English language with the company name, marking net weight, validity, product and country of origin if agreed between parties. 2% extra bags are supplied free of charge at seller's cost for all shipments.
