Payment: Monthly Payments will be by Irrevocable, NON TRANSFERABLE, auto revolving, divisible Letter of Credit for a month amount USD xxx.xxx.xxx, issued by our top 50 World Bank, active and operated valid per the term of the contract 365 day and with payment 100% 15 days after the cargo arrived at destination.
The payment of the ARDLC shall be made to the Seller, and to the Seller indicated Bank, and payment will be upon the presentation 100% of each shipping documents at the destination port introducing CIQ or SGS to ensure the quality and send it to the seller. The Buyer will receive the Bill of Lading as well as the quantity and quality certificates approved by SGS or equivalent international Inspectors, available at each loaded vessel at port of loading.
PB: Operative performance bond for 3% of the shipment value in the name of buyer or in buyers nominees name. This instrument will be delivered after receipt of LC on the conditions and operability of the method of payment.  

Inspection: SGS by Seller. Any other independent international inspection company (such a CIQ and CCIC) would be used at Buyers expense if desired, at the Port of loading, and would not to be recognized as part of the payment documents.
