5.    Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed contract to their respective banks;

4.    Seller and Buyer signs and seal the FCO and contract;

3.    Buyer issues ICPO with Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) or Bank Payment Undertaking (BPU) + Non Circunvention Non Disclosure Agreement (NCND);

2.    Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO);
