Product from the Middle West of Thailand, brown sugar is normally used in food industry such as confection, molasses sauces or even liquor. Our brown is different from those white sugar (we call bleached sugar) and raw sugar (which is called unbleached sugar). Because of its production process, in other words, less of chemical in making sugar, brown sugar offers more health concerning than dairy sugar used in household. Along the production process, cane juice is filtered, boiled down until crystallized, we control the outcome rigorously to have Polarization around 83 degree, moisture not more than 4%, PH 6.5+1.0 and ASH max 3% by the high quality of production plant. Finally, the golden color of brown sugar will be stored in the cool dry room and ready to load when promptly with the 4 plies paper bag (1 inner P.E.). Through out the 10 years of experience in exporting brown sugar, customers are satisfied by our high quality product. Since it is seasonal product, the production will be started from December to May of next year.
