Fruit Puree is a pulp and/or paste made from the fleshy part of the fruit. The fruit is processed (heat treated, sieved, etc.) to remove the skins and usually the seeds of the fruit and then finished through screens to a specified consistency or smoothness. Also this pulpy solution usually contains the majority of the acid, sugar and color contents of the fruit and its pulpiness will depend on the screen sizes used in the finishing process.
