- Buyer signs and stamps and return to Seller by E-mail

- Seller issues copies of the Draft Contract to be exchanged e-mail

- Buyer signs the FCO and returns to the seller

- Seller issue and send FCO to Buyer

- Buyer sends LOI with Soft Probe Authorization together with BCL, and Banking coordinates of the banking who Issue the BG or SBLC and draft of BG or SBLC to Seller
