High Fructose Corn Syrup

Daesangs High Fructose Corn Syrup is much contained in fruit, fruit juice, honey, etc and one of the strongest sweetness in the nature and very similar to honey in the sugar composition and sweetness. It is produced by isomerized after making the glucose and called as isomerized glucose syrup too. It is a liquid sweetener suitable for drinks, ice cream, dairy products etc, since it has more sweetness in low temperature, has refreshing sense as quickly disappeared in the mouth and also is cheaper than sugar.

It is classified by products of 85%, 55% and 42% in accordance with the fructose contents.
