The Parvomaiska luteniza is produced by vegetables,which are grown in the Thracian lowland, near the town of Parvomay.This Bulgarian area is famous for its excellent weather and climateconditions for growing tomatoes and red pepper, which are the maincompositions of the Parvomaiska luteniza. They guarantee the excellenttaste and quality. The company does not use in the production processpreservatives, which is not familiar for most of the companies in theproduction of preservation foods. We use the traditional technology ofpreservation for the products, which actually makes the technologyprocess slower, but it is better for the bigger suitability and thebetter taste of the Luteniza, which is our main goal.
