8) Shipment starts as per Delivery Schedule as per contract.

7) Buyer can appoint any Inspection Agency as SGS or equivalent at buyers choice and at sellers expenses. Inspection Certificate will be deemed final at the Port of Loading itself.

6) Within 8 banking days of receiving the conditional BG / SBLC, the Seller's bank will post 2% OPERATIVE PERFORMANCE BOND GUARANTEE, and also the responsible POP to Buyers Bank, as per contract terms, which will activate the Buyer's Bank Guarantee / SBLC; and the RDLC or TT option as per contract terms.

In US dollars by irrevocable at sight for 100 percent of invoice value letter of credit from Bank of China, 100% fully operable L/C issued to Seller latest by 35 days before the shipment date, covering full contract value and allowing for further 5% tolerance in both quantity and amount which must be stipulated in the L/C.

Buyer will then issue the 3 MONTH BANK GUARANTEE (BG) / SBLC, covering the last 3 months of shipments of Sugar Icumza 45  as per payment terms detailed above via RDLC for the first nine (9) months

4) Seller returns the contract by exchanging it by facsimile or email attachment, duly signed and sealed. The Draft copy will be deemed legal until Hard Copies Exchanged.

3) Buyer receives the Draft Contract adjusted to LOI Price or Final AGREEMENT, SIGNS & SEALS and returns it to seller.

2) Buyer receives the FCO SIGNS & SEALS and returns to Seller. And / or (as per Sellers option)

receipt by Seller, specifying the acceptable target price ( or best price available from seller.)
