Should be heated to 40 - 50 degrees c, then ready to use as coating or as a base in confectionary filling production. Non sticky.- soft fondant, ready to use fondant packed in plastic buckets. Do not require heating before usage. Can be filled directly into pipingbags for decoration on pastries, etc. Or as a base for creamy confectionary fillings.
