How its made: its made of a natural sugar source that is obtained by concentration of fruit juice up to 70-80% soluble dry matter concentration

          It is a dark colored and of thick consistency substance that is obtained by boiling grape and equivalent sugary fruit juice according to the local traditions. It is a source for being young; its characteristic is to renew the cells and heal the wounds. Molasses as a fatty nutrient is beneficial for providing energy for the body, carrying the vitamins that melt in fat, delaying the feeling of hunger by shortening the emptying time of the stomach, helping to take most necessary fatty acids to the body, urine discharging in liver diseases, getting rid of constipation, shortness of breath, and bronchitis. In two table spoons of Molasses there is as much protein as half a kilo of steak.
