High Fructose Corn Syrup

It consists of fructose 42% and Dextrose 52%.

This product is produced by enzymatic procedures applied on glucose syrup which is derived from starch.

The DE (degree of sweetness) of fructose is twice as much the regular sugar(sucrose)
