Organic Agave Syrup Is a sweet syrup with a high content of fructose. It is obtained by the extraction and purification of naturally occurring carbohydrates in the Agave plant, which are enzymatically hydrolyzed to the monosaccharides fructose and dextrose. The product is a crystalline, very sweet syrup with the traditional flavor of the Agave. The product is certified organic by BioAgriCert and Kosher Pareve by Ashkenazi Kehila. It currently has the EU, NOP and JAS organic certificates.
