It is a colorless, transparent, viscid thick liquid with natural reaction; it is easily soluble in water; its sweetness is slightly lower than that of sucrose; the sweetness gives a gentle and pleasant sensation; it has the characters of low-calorie, good heat-resistance, acid-resistance, unfermentable and stable humidity etc; it will not cause the blood glucose level to rise in human body.
