We are the Mandate / Agent located in Miami Beach and have been dealing with this Supplier for nearly 7 years.

Extremely flexible and fair procedures. Upon signing contract, the Seller is willing to allow Buyer to visit their facilities in Brazil for inspection without putting up the financial instrument. This is a major added advantage to a legitimate Buyer as it may cost tens of thousands of dollars in bank fees to open up an L/C, later to find out Seller has no product. Instead, Buyer has the upfront cost of a plane ticket to Brazil to personally inspect the product.

Seller will allow Buyer's L/C to activate upon products arrival at port of destination.

We need the following from a prospective Buyer:

1) LOI, that specifies total quantity, destination, description of product, etc.

2) They need to put in an expected price.

3) Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) will make things more legit and Seller will move expeditiously. Otherwise, I can not guarantee Seller's response time as they get inquiries from unfunded sources all the time. We can discuss this situation in further detail.

In return, Seller can give Buyer 2 options:

1) Can give a Full Corporate Offer (FCO), with immediate POP.

2) or bypass FCO and go right to contract.
