18.      Payment of the price of each Shipment (Shipment Value) shall be made to the Seller pursuant to the terms of the Contract.

17.     Within two (2) Business Days of Sellers receipt of the original copy of the Financial Instrument from Sellers bank, Seller shall provide Buyer with written notice via email or fax of its acceptance thereof.

16.     Shipment shall commence within 30 (Thirty) to 45 (Forty Five) days from the date of Sellers acknowledgement of the receipt of an acceptable financial instrument, in Sellers sole and absolute discretion.

12.     Within 2 (Two) Business Days of receipt of the draft of the Financial Instrument, Seller shall provide to the Buyer requested changes to the draft, if any. In addition, Seller shall provide the final Proforma Invoice, which includes Sellers banking information.

11.     Within three (3) Business Days of receipt of the draft Proforma Invoice, Buyer shall cause its bank to issue a draft of the Financial Instrument to Seller, the form of which is set forth in Appendix 4.

10.     No later than 3 (Three) Business Days after the Effective Date, Seller shall provide a draft of a Proforma Invoice to the buyer.

9.        Immediately upon receiving the Sellers signed  Copies of the contract via e-mail   the buyer will personally sign and seal the contract  and return back  via e- mail to seller, if the buyer request hard copies of contract . Seller will send by DHL six copies, three for the buyer and three will be returned to seller.

8.        The Seller will seal, sign and issue to the buyer 4 (Four) original hard copies of the contract via courier (e.g. DHL) to Buyers address as stated in the agreement if requested by Buyer.

7.        The Buyer returns the final agreed contract duly signed and sealed via email.

6.        The Seller reviews and confirms any changes made in draft contract by the Buyer. If the Seller agrees to the changes made by Buyer, the Seller issues the final binding contract via email.

5.        The Buyer returns revised draft contract to the Seller via email.
